Maurice Sendak Exhibit at South Hill Library

The Pierce County Library system has a Maurice Sendak travelling exhibit on show from July 9th - August 19.  The traveling exhibit, In a Nutshell: The Worlds of Maurice Sendak, explores the influence of cultural heritage on the imaginative worlds of the award-winning author/illustrator of more than 100 books.
As part of this exhibit, the South Hill branch is offering several activities in the coming weeks to celebrate the artist and author.  July 14th at 10:30, Watch "Where the Wild Things Are" (PG) for FREE!
