Visit Ruston Way near Marine Park on Saturday, July 16 and experience a bike competition rarely seen in Tacoma. Taking place on the rocks, beach, logs and other natural obstacles on the Ruston Way waterfront, the T-Town Throwdown Bike Trials competition is like rock climbing - on a bike!Grueling and interesting courses for various levels of expertise will be marked among rocks and other natural features.
The goal of the competition is to go through a course without putting a foot down. Points are earned each time a foot touches. The rider with the lowest point total is declared the winner.
