Tacoma Public Library

For those of you who love to read, why buy books? The Tacoma public library has great resources. For the technophiles, library has the ability to download ebooks and for those of us who like to ride the bus with a paperback, free is even better than Costco prices.

If you are at a loss for what to do with the kiddos, the library offers storytime and other events. In April, the 23rd they have a movie called Alpha and Omega at the main branch at 3pm. Rated PG.

Also, give their story time a try. It's so much fun! There are silly songs and interesting stories. At your neighborhood branch, you can hear stories usually every other week, any given weekday and Saturdays too. Check out their website...WWW.tacomapubliclibrary.org.
