Seafair in Seattle

While this blog is dedicated to free and inexpensive things to do in Tacoma/Pierce County, I felt I would be remiss in not including one of the most all-encompassing activities over the summer here in the Pacific NW, Seafair.  If any of you have ever gone to Seafair, it is a hot mess of people having fun, singing sea chantys and ejoyment of Blue Angels and Hyrdo races. 

If you are a Navy buff, there is FLEET WEEK, in August.
