Third Thursday FREE Museum

Today is the 3rd Thursday of the month, and that means free entrance to museums in Tacoma. From 2-9pm, you can see great art, glassworks, and state history for FREE. (Don't forget the state history museum has a model train on the top floor, for all you train enthusiasts)

Also, because it is Thursday, you can get into the Childrens Museum for free as well. Known as Free Market Thursdays, the Childrens Museum opens it's doors for free during the Farmers Market.

To make it a truly FREE day, park at the Tacoma Dome and ride the tram to all these locations.
