Another Kitsap County gem. While the name says Foulweather, this is a perfect local get-away for this weekend. It is supposed to get almost to 70 degrees May 21st and may 22nd and this is a 2.8mile walk to a great nature preserve and beach. From the parking area, you walk through a marsh that offers a wide variety of flora and fauna. Check out the website or library for a guidebook and learn about some of the native plants and perhaps some animals you might see there. Enjoy your weekend and the sun.
