Every Tuesday, starting June 28th at 6:30pm, with the Perry Acker Band, the City of Gig Harbor are sponsoring a series of Concerts at Skansie Park. Concerts are true Washington concerts and will take place rain or shine. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets or low chairs (no large umbrellas please) and come early for premium seating.
The concerts are free. I have looked at various websites and none of them state you can't bring a picnic dinner to the outing, only that all parks are non-smoking. If anyone knows for sure, I would appreciate a comment. Have fun everyone!
