Join a work party or just give an hour of your time. Get engaged by volunteering with one of the many Puget Sound organizations that offer chances to roll up your sleeves. Give these organizations a call (or check out their Web sites) to see if there is a way to engage.
This is a great way to teach the kiddos about service and how important it is to take care of ourselves, each other, and our surroundings.
